A collection of 60 minute full-body Barre workouts. Low impact, challenging yet safe, these highly addictive sessions will help you build the stamina and achieve the postural alignment you've always wanted. And no 2 classes are ever the same, so you never reach a plateau in your training. You can do the classes with body weight alone, or invest in some recommended equipment to add more variety and take your training to the next level. New classes are added weekly.
